This condo renovation project is quite interesting, as it involves transforming an old condo that the owner purchased over 15 years ago. The unit, originally about 72 square meters, consisted of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 living room, and 1 kitchen.
Setthasiri Rama 5
This project is a residential located in Setthasiri Rama 5. We have designed a total of 3 rooms, which is the living room, dining room, and master bedroom, with a total usable area of 60 sq m.
Office Aiyara Planet
This office building has an approximate area of 1000 square meters. It will be divided into an existing building and a new building. The existing building will utilize the original structure, modifying both the interior and exterior to align with the concept.
