New Home Project at The City Borom 3 with a Contemporary Classic Design

This project involves the interior decoration of a newly built home in the The City Borom 3 village by AP Development, with a living space of approximately 580 square meters. The house includes 5 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, 2 living rooms, 1 grand hall, and 1 multipurpose room. The design concept for this home is Contemporary Classic, blending modern and classic styles seamlessly.

The house features a neutral color palette, such as white, grey, and gold, to evoke luxury. The curved shapes of the furniture add softness to the design while maintaining a modern aesthetic. Shiny materials like glossy tile floors and marble wall accents are used to enhance the sophisticated atmosphere.

In the grand hall, we designed a large hanging chandelier to create a welcoming and impressive ambiance for guests. The formal living room is connected to the main hall, giving the reception area a more open and spacious feel.

Adjacent to the reception area is the family space, designed exclusively for the household. Here, the family living room, staircase hall, and dining room are all interconnected, and glass walls are used to make the space feel more open and expansive. The family’s office is located on the second floor, where family members can work or relax and watch TV.
