This room completely renovated an old room about 30 years old. The room is about 300 square meters. There are both demolished walls, dismantle all system work Adjust the new floor level and designed the space to meet the needs of the owner which will have a reception hall, living area, dining area, kitchen area, prayer room, 3 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and maid room.
The inspiration of design style is taken from Thai ancient house from the past. Applied to be contemporary and color tones will used in the light gray group. Use dark color hardwood floors in harmony similar to Thai ancient house in the past and contrast with the gray marble tile floor to make it look luxurious and has wooden shutter doors Partition to flow the wind to pass through which will make the room cool without having to turn on the air conditioner. The balcony outside the newly decorated room is tiled with wood pattern. You can enjoy and take a good view from Chao Phraya River.
The living room and dining room have undergone extensive renovations to maximize space. The ceiling has been raised to its highest point, and an entirely new system has been installed. The old wooden floor has been removed and replaced with light stone-patterned tiles bordered by dark wooden planks. Genuine leather furniture has been used throughout, including the sofa set and dining chairs. The walls feature a light wood laminate pattern, while the TV area is designed with darker wood to add dimension to the room. Hidden LED lights have been installed around the TV area to create ambiance for movie watching and to reduce eye strain. On both sides of the TV wall, there are storage cabinets and TV equipment setups.
In the dining area, the walls showcase intricate wood laminate details with alternating vertical and horizontal patterns, reminiscent of the wall patterns in traditional homes. The furniture is suspended, and the chairs are made of genuine leather. The dining table features a soft gray stone top with sturdy stainless steel legs in a rich reddish-gold color, harmonizing with the darker walnut wooden floor.
The prayer room, located near the entrance, features sliding doors with louvered panels to allow for ventilation, and the panels can be adjusted for increased privacy within the room. The elevated platform in the prayer room can accommodate multiple sacred figurines, aligning with the owner’s spiritual needs. The top of the platform is made of dark gray granite with intricate gray patterns. The walls are adorned with wood laminate patterns to maintain a serene ambiance, and starry LED lights illuminate the sacred figurines, providing a clear view of their details during prayer sessions.
The balcony has been completely renovated, including the water drainage system. The design incorporates wooden beam ceilings and a floor adorned with wood-patterned tiles to create a warm and cozy atmosphere. This design choice harmonizes with the beautiful view of the Chao Phraya River, adding to the overall aesthetic appeal.
The overall main bedroom is predominantly in light gray, accented by a dark wood veneer floor to add a sense of weight and align with the design concept. The genuine leather cream-colored headboard, coupled with soft white marble accents, exudes a luxurious ambiance. Concealed lighting around the room creates an atmospheric setting during the nighttime.
The small bedroom, owned by one individual, desired a design concept that resonated with the exterior of the room. Therefore, it was designed in a Modern Italian style. The built-in furniture features a dark-colored laminate, while the headboard wall is adorned with a soft stone veneer, with concealed LED lights to showcase the exquisite stone patterns. The genuine leather bed, imported from Italy, incorporates glass-fronted shelves to display collectibles.
This kitchen has undergone a transformation by combining the space between the old kitchen and the original storage room. This expansion was aimed at providing the kitchen with a larger area to accommodate the needs of the homeowner, who has a keen interest in culinary activities. The door design features a central wooden laminate frame with fabric inlay and brass handles, drawing inspiration from antique rice storage cabinets commonly found in traditional households. This redesign not only added functional space but also incorporated a touch of heritage into the kitchen’s aesthetic.
These small bedroom is another example of spaces where the design was aimed at creating an interior distinct from the exterior. As a concept, white oak wood flooring with a chevron pattern was used, and a peach color was incorporated as a playful element within the room. The addition of a specially patterned plastered wall reflects and plays with the external light, and concealed LEDs create an atmospheric effect during the nighttime, enhancing the overall ambiance of the space.
The bathroom features a white color tone with the addition of a peach accent to create a playful element in the room. The countertop is made of light-colored stone with a bold gray pattern, and a large mirror-fronted cabinet is used to prevent the room from feeling cramped. Concealed LEDs behind the mirror are designed to showcase the peach-colored tiled accent wall, providing a vibrant touch to the overall design.
