A Private space to relax in Bangkok. (A private space to get away from the city of life.)

This condominium is located in the heart of the business area. DAS HAUS SOUTHEAST ASIA has designed and well appointed to make your stay in a truly relaxing and get away from the city of life.

Once entering into the room, you discover the Entrance Hall section, which has a bench for sitting and taking off your shoes before entering the room. With a relatively small area of this section,  it is designed to have a large mirror wall to create spacing and to make this area feel wider and can look in the mirror before leaving the room.

At the opposite of the bench, it is also designed store cabinets and shoes cabinets hidden in the wall  in accordance with the design of the room.

In the living room, the TV console is designed to be more luxurious by inserting full marble piece to show stone pattern on the wall and hide the surrounding strip lights to enhance the atmosphere of the room. Also, we place stool to serve for guest seat and can be adjusted as a coffee table when there are no guests.

The dining room is the connected area between the entrance hall and the living area. Since an owner desires to have a fireplace in the room, we therefore have designed a fireplace in this area to make warm feeling, cozy, and homey place. Moreover, it is designed a space that the owner can place nice decorations to make the room more liveliness and adding the colorful to the room. We have designed a round dining table without corners, which it can be utilized in every corner of the table to maximize the area.

Mini pantry is designed to be aligned with the living room and the dining area. We have combined a small gimmick on the handle of the cabinet by applying marble and brass. It is also applied the same marble pattern connected from the TV console to the pantry wall and pantry top, in order for creating the sense of luxury and harmony. Coffee machine and snacks can be placed in this area as well.

For the design of the entrance hall, dining area, living area and mini pantry, the modern classic decoration style is chosen to pull out the owner’s personality into the design as well.

The color tones are mostly used white and gold tones with some dark colors to adjust area proportion and to brighten the colors. We add some mirrors to make the room more comfortable and look wider.

Most of the material of the room is used 90% of matt and semi-gloss surface, and 10% remaining is used shiny materials for contrasting the room and making more gimmick and lively to the room.

A concept of this working room is a modern interior design style. We have designed the working room by using darker color to contrast with the living and the dining area, but still feel continuity mood & tone by having the same color for wall, ceiling and floor.

The cabinet is used a mirror material for making the room wider and airy. It is also hided the strip lights to enhance the room’s atmosphere looking luxurious and adding the dimension to the room.

We used a special painting technique on the decorative wall surface of working table area. This technique is painted by hand to show the brush marks and creating high – value decoration and adding more gimmick in this room.

We have designed the bay window seat for taking a view and having a break time from your work exhaustion . Also, underneath of window seat is designed to be a storage drawer to make the most of the space.

The bedroom is designed and decorated in a modern style, designed with applying the dark color tone to contrast with the outer living and the dining area, similar to the mood of working room. It also gives a feeling of continuity by using the same color wall, ceiling and floor as the same mood.

The wardrobe is designed to be a bronze tinted Glass contrast with brown aluminum, in order to make the room airy and comfy, and to increase the shadow of the room creating feeling of wider space.

We have designed a headboard to use the modern lath and add the copper stainless color in the detail to contrast with matt wood. It is also used the hiding lights to make a dimension to the headboard, hiding the power socket inside the headboard decoration to fulfil owner’s need. In addition, it is designed to have a full mirror for makeup purpose and to make the room wider.

In the window area, we have designed to add a seating area, which owner can see the outside view of the building. The underneath of seat can be stored items to increase the usable space for the owners of the room as well.
